Two north-facing one-bedroom apartments in one of Bondi Beach’s most sought-after and tightly held buildings have been sold by Christophe Serrao and Ric Serrao of Raine & Horne Double Bay following a 4-week campaign.

This is only the second time these apartments will have been sold since the building, with direct access to the world-famous Bondi promenade, was built in 1950.

“In total we had 125 people inspect the units, with 10 private appointments and 15 virtual inspections,” he told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

“There were 4 people putting in offers for the apartments, and they were buying them as these apartments never come up; several have been held since the building was built due to the location as the closest building to the beach.”

“The views are surreal from this vantage point, as the building is the only one that connects directly to Bondi Beach,” Christophe explained. 
 
“The buyer is local and initially plans for the apartments to be used as investments before family eventually move in.”

Christophe told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND the market in the area is currently quite strong. 

“We are seeing strong numbers to open for inspections and properties sell for above owners’ expectations,” he explained.
